FEATURES AND MATERIALS

1. The housing(heat sink)is made of ADC12 aluminum for high thermal conductivity.
2. The housing surface is treated with Akzo Nobel powder coating to provide long-term corrosion protection.
3. After powder coating,the inner surface of the heat sink is CNC-machined to ensure a precise fit with the aluminum PCB,enabling rapid heat transfer from the LED chips and maintaining the LED junction temperature (TJ)within a safe range for long LED lifespan.
4. The lens is made of PC material with a light transmittance greater than 95%,and remains non- discoloring and non-aging for up to 5 years under normal operating conditions.
5. ALl exposed screws are made of 304 stainless steel,and the retaining ring is blue zinc plated to enhance corrosion resistance.
