1. The housing (heat sink)is made of ADC12 aluminum for high thermal conductivity.
2. The housing surface is treated with Akzo Nobel powder coating to provide long-term corrosion protection.
3. After powder coating,the inner surface of the heat sink is CNC-machined to ensure a precise fit with the aluminum PCB,enabling rapid heat transfer from the LED chips and maintaining the LED junction temperature(TJ)within a safe range for long LED lifespan.
4. The fixture designed with tempered glass+PC lens with reliable IP protection performance.
5. The gearbox features a built-in power-off switch that activates when the cover flips forward.A tool-free,removable electrical panel simplifies maintenance or driver replacement in the event of a power failure.
6. The fixture features a snap-on design and can be installed in multiple ways.It is suitable for courtyards,parks,streets (including tightwire installation),and more.
7. All exposed screws are made of 304 stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance.
8. All materials are CE and RoHS compliant.
